Welcome to the Villa Obert. This pleasant bed and breakfast is a modern two-story retreat located in charming old town Niagara-on-the-Lake. Our relaxed atmosphere features three tasteful room selections of the La Terrace with a king-sized bed, Lakeview with a king-sized bed, or the Presidential Suite with both king and queen-sized beds available for larger groups.

Villa Obert’s adult-oriented guest rooms include spacious interiors and hardwood floors. In every suite there is a full bathroom and television, plus the villa is air-conditioned for those hot summer nights, and guests can have private phone access from the shared sitting room. Each stylish suite has a cozy fireplace to curl up to, or relax in a whirlpool tub. Enjoy the full breakfast served in the formal dining room each morning. While staying at our bed and breakfast, we do not permit pets and smoking is allowed only in the outside-designated areas, in consideration of our other patrons. For our guests, we also offer four bicycles to tour the area each day, on an individual basis. All rooms have a lake view.

Villa Obert's second floor accommodations are priced at:
Weekdays: $150 including 7% GST
Weekends: $190 including 7% GST
Canadian funds
Open from April 1 - October 31

Guest quarters include a private entrance, and ample parking in the front driveway. In addition, we have a pleasant view of Lake Ontario from the second-floor, gazebo balcony to start or end your days of shopping and touring the local sites and wineries. The villa is located 1.5 km from the downtown core of Niagara-on-the-Lake. We accept Traveller's Cheques; and for cash payments a 5% discount is applicable.

Please note that we require a two-night booking (minimum) on weekends in May & October.
